Dale Donovan is recognized for leadership in CRE nationally and in Florida statewide for launching and developing numerous KW Commercial divisions and teams. While specializing in site selections and land sales representing owners/buyers/end-users of industrial, retail, and mixed-use development projects, Donovan has successfully expanded her practice into general brokerage to include specializing in buyer / tenant representation for retail, industrial, MOB (life sciences and biotech). Being a successful business owner, entrepreneur, national business magazine publisher, mentor, national speaker member, coach/trainer, and having the ability to be a chameleon and adapt to market trends all have been strong components of her success.
Joining KW Commercial as Managing Director in 2010 for three market centers in Orlando, Donovan subsequently, launched multiple commercial divisions locally and nationally. Prior to joining KW Commercial, Donovan was Principal/VP Land Services at NAI RealVest 2006 – 2010 and a Principal/Shareholder 2001- 2004 at Colliers Arnold in Orlando. Ms. Donovan is, also, the owner of DLD Commercial Realty, Inc., a full service brokerage firm, founded in 1994, headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida. Donovan relocated her firm from South Florida to Central Florida and launched the offices for DLD Commercial Realty in Orlando in 2000.
Donovan's focus on building client relationships and business development opportunities is exampled by her success in repeat business strategy and her deal-leading-to-deal plan. She also attributes her ability to getting the deal done to team building with the top level of commercial real estate professionals as attorneys, title, insurance, contractors, architects, engineers, accountants, CPA’s, title reps, surveyors, appraisers, municipal and regional agencies. With these connections coupled with Donovan’s broad range of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, business management & development, corporate services, and consulting spans, she provides clients with top-tier CRE services.
One of Donovan’s more notable achievements upon first entering the Central Florida arena was the marketing effort that landed an $80 million exclusive listing for a high profile 850-acre development property in Central Florida. Enhancing her brokerage services by providing clients with retail tenant representation nationwide led to many transactions including site selection for premiere corporations, leasing for multiple (50) independent retail dollar store locations nationally and acquisitions for national/local chains and restaurants.
Donovan is recognized as a veteran in the CRE industry with 30 years experience, including unique KW Commercial and CRE affiliations enabling powerful connections and networking locally, nationally, and internationally for Dale and her clients.

Donovan is proud to have served on numerous not-for-profit boards in her community as Habitat for Humanity, Horses for the Handicapped, and Lymphoma Leukemia Society. She recently reconnected and married her first high school sweetheart and enjoys being a “foodie”, cruising, golf, gardening, entertaining (when not in social distancing mode), and spending time with her and their extended family.
