Bounds, Managing Director, KW Commercial Real Estate, LLC in Denver Colorado.  Barry is a CCIM Designee that specializes a broad range of commercial real estate.  His experience includes carwashes, agriculture & commercial land, restaurants medical, and investment sales.  He has brokered over thirty million in commercial real estate sales and leased over 40,000 sq. ft. of office, industrial and retail.

He has been a Coach and Mentor for new and experienced Commercial Brokers over eleven years as well as Co-Brokering over twenty transactions with Commercial Brokers having various levels of experience and sometimes employed with different Real Estate companies.
